We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking facility was convenient and hassle-free. Transportation was easily accessible, and we didn't have to rely on friends for transport. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that provided a great night's sleep. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a pleasant experience. the breakfast offered a variety of choices and was a great start to the day. the hotel also provided some additional facilities, such as a laundry service and free extras in the rooms.

The room's ventilation could be better as there was a persistent smell of cigarettes that was hard to ignore. the check-out process was quite slow and took longer than expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our business trip. The rooms were very modern with excellent amenities such as free fruit and air conditioning that worked throughout the year. The location was great with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. We especially loved the breakfast buffet which had a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even better.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from our overall experience. We found that the hot water took a while to heat up, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in some areas of the hotel, including the restaurants.

the Health club and private facilities were exceptional! the restaurant service exceeded our expectations and the food quality was simply outstanding.

Although everything was perfect, we had a small inconvenience with the air conditioning in the room. the staff was very helpful in addressing the issue, but it would have been great if we hadn't faced this problem.
